Back to Bootcamp!

Today is day ten of my current streak!
February is off to a great start, and I hope I can keep this momentum going. But one thing I've learned is that you never know when life will throw you a curve ball. Like last month... I started doing the Coach Nicole 28 Day Bootcamp DVD, and I was really loving it. I even wrote a blog review of it. (If you're interested, here's the link to my blog; www.sparkpeople.com/mypa
So anyway, there I was, on track and making progress...and then my hubby got sick. For almost a week, he was in pain and unable to eat. Finally, I convinced him to go to the hospital, and we found out that he had a ruptured appendix. He had surgery and was in the hospital for 6 days. When he got home, he was pretty weak and I had to take care of him. During all of this, I stopped working out, so obviously I didn't finish doing the Bootcamp DVD.
But here we are in a new month, and hubby is recovering well...and I've started over with Bootcamp! Best of all, I'm not doing it alone. Several of my Sparkfriends are also doing the workout this month, and we are supporting each other on the Countdown to Spring team.
I am really looking forward to getting through the entire Bootcamp workout this month. Even though I only did two weeks of it in January, I was really enjoying it. And since I'm liking this DVD so much, I've gone ahead and bought Coach Nicole's Total Body Sculpting DVD, too! That one is going to be my workout in March!
As of today, there are 43 days until Spring, and I am determined to do my best day by day to make as much progress as possible. I know that not every day will be great. Life might throw another curveball at me...but for now I am on track and taking full advantage of the opportunities of each new day.
