Started Week 2 of Hip Hop Abs today! Today, I did the Fat Burning Cardio.
Starting weight for this week is 196.4. This means I lost a little over a pound after week 1. I should be happy about this but I kept thinking about how many extra calories I ate when I went out on Thursday and Sunday and that I could have lost more
But I've been so motivated to eat right this week that last night, I made a quinoa and mushroom pilaf to take with me to lunch the rest of the week.
Also, since starting to take my weightless seriously since early January, I've lost an inch of my waist
. I'm hoping to get into my pants from last year that don't fit anymore real soon lol.
Anyway, I have to head to campus now. I'll probably update tomorrow.
