Day 30's workout is done! I am eating my after workout snack, which today is a bowl of strawberries, an apple, and some almonds, and typing this blog with jello arms LOL. I really gave it my everything today. Which I do anyway, but something about knowing it was the last day of it really gave me some extra umph.
Yesterday after I blogged I went for my walk and pushed to do more jogging in intervals. I jogged overall a little less than half of the distance. Broken up into intervals of course, but spaced them pretty evenly. No C25K right now since I wasn't sure if I could handle it and at least picking my intervals I can control when and where. For example not trying to jog up a big hill! Plus I like listening to my music.
I admit I feel silly when I jog. Wondering if my form is right and hoping no one sees me as I try to work out the kinks of the motions. I have to actually concentrate on not running and focus on a slower jog so I can get through my usual distance goal. It was nice to be done a little quicker too. My time isn't too accurate because I forgot to check my phone after getting outside, but there was about 15 minutes difference. I'll try again tomorrow and time it better, well if I can move after new workout LOL.
Tomorrow will be first day of Jillian Michael's ripped in 30. Yay! If I have time later I may open it up and watch some of it to see what's up for tomorrow's workout. Got some things to do so we'll see.
My food is all planned out for today so I can pretty much say that this whole30 is done. Tomorrow I can have my coffee in the morning and peanut butter on my apple. Yay! And I might have lentils some time this week.
