My plan? What plan? You know: the one that doesn't get kept any more...Today my plan will be as follows: I will drink at least 16oz of water before leaving to go to Adult Day Health for the day and carry on the drinking through-out my day. I will bring an apple for with my morning coffee and also will bring a slice of my Sprouted Grains bread to make that toast and coffee legal, in my own mind and body. I will do as much exercise as possible in my morning 10:00 hour, while the staff do fall prevention exercising and then dancing! Most important? I will hold myself as precious and important through-out the day! I will continue to Spark on!
