just wanting to share with you that I have started to consume organic fruits, veggies, meats (mainly chicken but occasionally beef also) and cereals. I am noticing the difference a lot, the taste of my recipes is much more better now and I feel great! My husband and son feel the same way and we are eating now more fruits, veggies and whole grains everyday so we feel that we are going in the right direction. I think that this is particularly important for my son who is 4 years old and he is already aware of the importance of eating every day healthy foods to grow strong, happy and healthy, I'm very proud of him!
