So, I really need to get back on track. This year started out so well, but then a lot of family birthdays messed up my schedule. The first parties I managed to stay away from the alcohol (not from the birthday cake though), but slowly I got further off track. Last but not least, last weekend we celebrated my own birthday. Now there's lots of leftover wine, cake and snacks in the pantry & fridge. I just can't seem to find the motivation to stay out of there.
OK, let's try again. My goals for February are:
1) Not obsess about food, just try to eat as healthy as possible &
2) Try to fit in 30 minutes of exercise a day. If I cannot make it to the gym, than at least go for a walk or do yoga.
