Calories consumed: 1144
Physical activity: 0:27
Steps taken: 3405

Y'know, it is amazing what a difference water makes. As I've said before, I'm really bad at drinking all my water each day. That mysterious extra pound I dropped at the start of the week had come back on somehow, a couple of days ago; yesterday I decided to really focus on my water drinking. 8-9 glasses later.... and this morning, extra pound had vanished again. I really must get better about water!

    I agree with Brandi - I jump on the scale every day, but only really notice it on Sundays (my official weigh-in day). Don't worry too much about a pound here and there, it could just be something you ate that you haven't quite gotten out of your system, if you get my drift.

Water is GREAT! I know it's hard to start drinking it when you haven't done for a while, but it doesn't take long to get into the habit. Now, I don't think twice about it. I just drink water all day and maybe something else in the evening.

    My hubby keeps on at me for getting on the scales every day as your weight does fluctuate a lot. I still do it everyday to keep me on track but only take real notice of the weight taken every Monday morning.
Keep going with the water, it's the answer to many things.
