Today I was doing pretty good! I wasn't overeating and I wasn't eating fast food which is way better than usual for me. I worked out for 1 hr and a half at the gym and then I went to the market and bought healthy food. Then... as I was leaving I bought a huge Toffee Ghirardelli Chocolate and ate the whole thing. Why did I do that? Where does this impulse come from? Why isn't the motivate strong enough? What do you guys do when you have those sudden impulses? Thanks!
