So my scale stayed the same on my weigh-in Saturday morning.
I'm ok with that. It's perfectly ok to have a maintenance week every now and then. As long as it's not a gain, I'm happy.
I knew I had gone soft on a few food choices last week when I ran out of my 'diet food' menu items. But it also felt good to allow myself a few things that I normally wouldn't, and just take some time off, and still maintain. I watched portion control of all the things I ate, so as not to find myself binge eating.
The key is to pick right back up, and not let it turn into more than a week. Which I'm not. I've already gone back to the store, and purchased this weeks worth of food, to stay on the straight and steady trail.
Back on track this week, and hope to have a better weigh-in on Saturday. (1st weigh-in week of Feb) So January was a good month @ 7 lbs down. I'm hoping to have an even better loss this month, with hopes of adding exercise this month.
