and the first entry on the list would be "make to do list." I did that because it gave SUCH a sense of satisfaction to cross that first thing off the list. Which of course was easy to do.
I had a to do list for today but very little of it got done. I ended up putting out a fire that I didn't really know was brewing. There is more mop up work to do but the worst of it is done.
Did meet my goal of five fruits and veggies today-so day one! Yay!
Did meet my goal of keeping track of the food today-day three. At day ten, I am buying myself an hour in a float tank (usually known as sensory deprivation tanks, they look particularly attractive to me for some reason and they are supposed to be very helpful for stress relief.)
After ten days of eating my fruits and veggies, I will get a massage. My chiropractor just happens to be having a Valentine special.
I didn't get to the gym today, but after two fairly vigorous workouts I was okay with that. I did yoga at home instead. I do yoga with my tuxedo cat. It isn't my idea, but she loves it. However, still-where that tail and nose goes will haunt me. I swear she waits for me to get on the floor.
I did notice today that my neck isn't hurting as badly and my shoulders weren't screaming as they have been. So I'm thinking I've finally gotten the proper pillow fit, and it's awesome. I slept fairly well last night (except for DH's coughing).
So the plan for tomorrow-up, make lunch (have raspberries to put into yogurt for mid morning snack-so yummy), get to work, do some work on a big project, prep for Weds, go to the gym for an elliptical workout, come home, and pack DD's stuff up that I've been meaning to get to for about three weeks now.
