Well I really fouled today up.

I really had a rough time just getting out of bed this morning. Had breakfast which was a good one. Then I went out and went for a two mile walk in 45 minutes. That felt good in the cold crispy air.

I went to TSC and Home Hardware. I picked up seed packets and trays. Going to start the plants indoors. Well at least try anyhow.

Got antsy so I went home. Looked at my bedroom and changed it around again. I'm using my dressers for the seedlings. I have all the trays started except for the big one.

I conversed with my best friend in Toronto and told her what was happening down here and why I feel so low. She made me feel a lot better.

Forgot about eating lunch. Was deciding whether or not to go to the bible study. I got up and did go. I actually enjoyed it. I was very very nervous throughout the two hours. I made myself participate.

I was hungry so I (I know I was BAD) ordered pizza and coca cola. I'll pay for the spicy sauce later! It's gluten free but not lactose free. So I took two lacy aid pills.

I'm going to try and do some of the suggestions from the study. But I do feel better than earlier today.

    Jen, as long as you will work it off tomorrow, don't feel bad. Walk a little longer…exercise a bit more….. but don't give up
