Week Six: Monday... Start of another week.

Day 3 on my February goals. Goal two is to have a healthy breakfast. I ate Greek yogurt and added mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries). I did an extra stretching session in the pool after water walking class. I also read an inspirational quote today. I really like Michael Pollan books.

I have a lot of oatmeal. A lot. I decided to make a bunch of granola. I went to my local health market to get some items for the month. This will be my first time cooking with coconut oil. Iím excited to see the results and taste the flavor of it. Normally if I use an oil itís olive oil. This will be interesting.

I had another migraine today. Honestly I donít think it stopped from Saturday. However it was totally flared up after my chiropractor appointment. I told the acupuncturist that I had that migraine and didnít know if it was from the appointments Friday or injury or just a bad back day. He did some of his magic on my neck, the pain went away while I was on the table but once I got up it hit again. At this time Iím feeling better but I think itís a big sign right now to take everything really easy for this week.
