The Weekend

This weekend I went to go see That Awkward Moment and it was hilarious! I am going to admit I kind of over did it on the snacks, nothing to bad but I should have said no to a couple pieces of candy. Sunday I didn't do anything to crazy I had to work during the day then I went over to a friends house to watch the super bowl! Pretty disappointing game if I say so myself!LOL

I have decided that I am going to start letting myself have one cheat meal a week! Everyone deserves to treat themselves every now and then! I have learned if you don't treat yourself you just end up bingeing once you do have the food that you want in front of you! The only time I will allow for a full cheat day is for very special occasions or holidays! I still am going to have my cheat day on Thursday because I really wont have a choice other than eating out because I wont be home all day! After that I am planning my next cheat day to be Easter! My cheat meal next week will be pizza! Me and my friends have decided to do a gift exchange for Valentines day and we are going out to eat as well! I don't want my diet to make me anti-social because I cant go out to eat. So I believe one cheat meal a week wont hurt anything! But other than that I am going to stay on track! I didn't get the chance to workout today because I was at school from 9 in the morning to almost 4 working on projects and papers and by the time I was done I was ready to just go home and relax! Today and Thursday will be my rest day from the gym this week! I am going to push myself to go the gym 5 days a week! I feel so much better about myself now that I do go to the gym! It was definitely a great investment!
Here's what I ate today!
BREAKFAST
-Breakfast essential drink

LUNCH
-I had a very late lunch at like 4;30 so I just had a couple crackers, a slice of cheese, and a couple slices of ham
-Banana

DINNER
-Tuna noodle casserole

SNACK
-100 calorie pack snack
-Yogurt pretzels(I did portion them out) & OMG I love them! Probably my new addiction!

DRINKS
-Water
-I did take a little swig of diet coke

I am going to start adding snacks into my meal plan! I have been told that I am not eating enough calories and I should add a snack in between meals!

    Good job figuring out what will help you stay on track! Once a week cheat will help a lot.
