Had big plans today, was going to move and groove and burn those extra calories I consumed yesterday during the Super Bowl. Then it hit me, queezy all day, nauseous, could barely eat anything. Managed to eat some today, and maxed out pretty close to my food calorie allowance for the day of 1500. But that is okay, that still leaves 400 deficit even without exercise which is awesome. But definitely not what I had in mind.
This month I planned on trying to hit 1500 fitness minutes, shorter month and starting off to a slow start due to Superbowl plus getting sick the next day, not planned. UGH! But that is okay, tomorrow is another day. And I won't let one bad day ruin the rest. Although I wish the pounds would come off easier still the same. I have big plans to be at least 30 pounds lighter by my vow renewal, and if it keeps going like this I won't even be close.
Unfortunately not a lot to talk about today. Broncos lost
, but that's okay. Sea hawks finally get a Super Bowl win, good for them. Although I have to agree with most, that they shouldn't of been able to go after the game against the San Francisco 49ers. But what can you do I guess.
So here's to hoping tomorrow is better than today. And keep taking it one day at a time, one step at a time.
