I had ordered a workout dvd it was a walking dvd and im sure you've seen it around .
As a kid I had watched my mom do her walking video and couldnt see how it was a workout.
Last night was day 2 and I did miles 1 and 2
Its like a mile in 12 mins , supposedly . I wonder how they calculate that .
To my surprise I was sweating and feeling pain in parts of my body that I was not aware of . Crazy
Its a walking dvd yet I felt like it was jazzercise. Either way I had fun and I wasnt bored . This was a good buy and I am curious to strap on my HRM and see how much calories it burns BUT I am staying away from it .
I dont wanna kill my vibe by focusing on those darn numbers.
Have you ever really watched your workout dvd. Those ppl who just got WAY TOO MUCH ENERGY . There is this one girl in the video that was just so "awesome" i totally felt like I was a slow cookie . I'm glad she's there though bc I was trying to keep up with her lol
The weather in hawaii right now is rain and I remember before when I would walk out side that I would get frustrated with my walk getting cancelled and then yes I did get a treadmill and well thats boring too ! i know i am never satisfied but I am thrilled I picked this dvd up . Now I can seriously change up my walking routine and not be bored .
Its monday for all - I hope everybody has a great week . Today is my friday and I am excited.
Planning on working out after work and just resting .
Tues - workout in the morning and i have serious cleaning to do and the laundry needs to be done . oddly i love house work is very relaxing to me .
Wed-workout again and then if the weather fairy feels like it I need to wash my car . it needs a bath badly but if the weather wont let me ill just wash it anyways bc my windows are super dirty ugh sad car.
Oh I am planning on going to disneyland in oct to visit my nieces , if you have any tips on planning a disneyland trip please share with me . this will be my very first time .
