Blog about your progress the past month and your goals for this month.

Well the past month has been extremely slow moving. I took a break from SP for about 4 months then decided to recharge in Jan. February is going to be a big push.

My goals for this month...

Lose 5 pounds for the month of February...HOW???

Track my calories...every single cheating.

Stay within my calorie range.

With February being cardio month, get in a good workout every day.

Walk at least 3 flights of stairs at work every morning.

Focus on veggies & fruits...stay away from carbs & sweets.
