I find it's better just to go ahead and have what I want. Just a LOT less often. I don't like dark chocolate.

I found before No S that I would still say overdo it on "treats" that were supposed to mimic sweets.

But I do often put cocoa powder and stevia in my coffee.

I enjoy the 1oz of dark chocolate we are allowed on "The Plan" - it's enough to keep the cravings at bay.

    THANK YOU!!
At Costco, I found mini pretzels dipped in Dark Chocolate, and they are 4pt+ per serving....
And the Hersheys Dark Chocolates, in the bag, are 1 WW point per piece. I waller that little thing in my mouth and savor it with a cup of coffee. Heavenly. emoticon

I read the article. But when I want chocolate, I want REAL MILK CHOCOLATE that is creamy and decadent and fattening and BAD FOR YOU. I have no use for this super dark high percentage stuff. That's not candy! That's medicine! Nasty and no pleasure at all in it. Just nasty medicine. I don't waste my time or calorie allotment on that 'healthy" stuff.
