Staying connected...

I bet you're surprised you're getting a blog notification from me. Don't get too used to it. I have a limited access to internet except at work. I do occasionally use my boyfriend's internet but that is like once every other month. Like today. I wanted to take a quick opportunity to let you know how to get contact with me.

If you want to stay connected with me via personal email or Facebook, private message me. My spark mail account is not set to private to allow newbies that need inspiration can see how fair I have come and I don't want just anyone with my Facebook or personal mail.

Also, I wanted to give you a quick update. This will be super quick. I am now up 40 pounds from 160. Basically, I think I lost who I am. I no longer feel like the Sparkpeople Success story, motivator, who lost 100 pounds. I am lost between who I was at 260.. 160.. and who I am now. I don't feel like I am fitness gal anymore even through I am working on it. I think I am going to blog about this at weebly today or in the next few days so feel free to stroll on over.

In the mean time, I need to get to making dinner... stuff pasta shells for us tonight!

    Thanks for asking! I recently blogged about my goals after a 6+ month hiatus from blogging. I now need to lose 28 lbs to return to a healthy BMI. In in an 8-week 5% challenge with about 14 teams here on the Spark.

    My PBS Florida Gulf Dr Joel Fuhrman materials arrived in the mail yesterday. I'm trying to stay within the Spark ranged while eating higher quality (more plant based) foods and including Fuhrman's G-BOMBS (greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, and seed). After a very full day, I'll now enjoy a little TV and learn more about appropriate G-BOMB recommended amounts.

    My friend FLORIDASUN is in a 28-day fast metabolism diet that results in as much as a 20-lb loss. It involves a rotation of very specific foods for 2-, 2- and 4 days. If you can handle all the cooking and three meals (plus snacks), it been a big success for her!

    Sweetie, you did it before and you can absolutely do it again. You are still a success story, a motivator, and fitness gal - you're also human, and we all make mistakes and suffer from various confusions from time to time. As Sheryl said, you'll get it back again as soon as you're ready.
