So January did not go as expected at all. I'm not going to list all the reasons I got off track. They aren't really important. But the fact is I got waaaay off track. I gained some weight and I'm very unhappy about it. I've been beating myself up for the past week and I've decided that I'm done with that. Everyone makes mistakes. I have to pick myself back up and move on. So I decided to give myself a challenge for the month of February. It's exactly 4 weeks. The plan is to eat clean every day and do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. I know today is the third but I have been eating clean and exercising the past two days... I just haven't had time to blog about it. Today is officially day 3. I'm ready to get back on track. I'm gonna try to post every day for the rest of the month. Even if it's just a little tiny something. I need to be accountable.
Workout for today:
60 minutes hard cardio at the gym, 30 minutes abs/back
