I am in a VERY snacky mood today!!! I made this incredible "Salted Caramel Chex Mix" for yesterday's SuperBowl event and it was delicious... I keep thinking about munching away at it...

I know it's "that time of the month" any second, and I'm feeling bloated... and not feeling very positive about my body... but in terms of pure LOGIC, I've lost 20lbs (so whether I can see it today or not, I HAVE lost it) and I have to lose a pound a week till April 20th if I'm going to be at my goal weight by the wedding dress fitting...

It's tough to stay focused... I'm sure I have a little sugar spike from yesterday's treat day, so that's not helping either.

Not an easy day today, but it's 2pm and I have my trustee gum! and I'll have my strawberries in an hour... and Mike's taking me out for dinner tonight, so at least I can't snack at home lol
I logged on here for some inspiration and focus, so off I go to read some of your blogs :)

    20 Pounds is a huge accomplishment! Congrats to you! Just keep your goals in mind, or in print, or whatever else you need to refocus yourself when the munchies try to take over! It sounds like you're doing a great job of planning.
The chex mix sounds yummy! I have so little will power when it comes to snack foods! I'm am being very good and eating an apple at the moment. That will get me through until it's time to go home, and dinner is already made & just needs to be heated once I get there!
