In one month

In the first month of doing exercise and eating healthy has been good .. Things I have notice: I have notice that I want to do squeeze is any type of exercise because I WILL NOT have it as an excuse that I did not have time.. I do them everytime I go to the bathroom I do 25 squats or wall push up before I leave.. in my car I have whrits 1 pound weight I put on and on every red light I do biscep curls till I get home.. when I watch a program in the commercials I do leg lift or walk in place.. Well now here is a suprise even for me... NO SODA POPS... been drinking water with fruits and vegeatble and juicing on lunch time... I feel more energetic and my arthritis is alittle better not to mention that I have my bp in the normal range.. I have been sncking on veggies and fruits trying out new ones.. on cooking NO FRYING everything is baked, grilled, or poached i have been using a lot of slow cooker.. been cooking more at home.. but yes we do go out to eat on Sundays.. I am not perfect I have in this month falling off the wagon but got back on it.. This time I have taken another approach on this journey it is to live life to the fullest trying not to stress about it if I am doing it right or wrong it may take me a little longer to get to my goal but at least I am getting there.. I try not to put myself down for everyone makes mistake the trick is to learn from it... so with all the small changes I have done this month I a m happy to say I have lost 7 pounds to start with I am gonna make it to my goals
