Today is February 3rd 2014 & I am doing my best to get back on track. I have gained 17 pounds since Dec 2012. I don't have any excuse for gaining this weight back, so now I have to get myself back on track & get this weight off.
I did walk at least 30 minuets a day for 3 to 4 days a week but I didn't eat right. I started walking on my treadmill for 45 minuets a day in January for 3 to 4 days a week but I still haven't been eating right. It seems I try to eat right but I eat a lot of snacks at night. I tell myself that I am not going to do this each day but I just can't seem to stop the late night snacking.
I know that I do a lot of the late night snacking out of habit. I have always ate snacks at nighttime but it has gotten a lot worse lately.
So please if you pray, please pray for me that I actually do quit most of the late night snacking & that I eat the right type of food so I can start slowly getting this weight off.
I know that when I do I will feel better physically & I will feel better about myself.
