QUICK BLOG WITH A WEIGH IN

I figured a quick blog was in order.....
We shall not talk about this weekend. I don't have much to say. I didn't track, I ate crappy. The only good thing is I did practice portion control on Saturday, on Sunday during the Super Bowl...I don't know.
I weighed myself this weekend. Despite only working out 1 day last week and only completely tracking 3 days last week I dropped 1.6 lbs. I am 211.4lbs. Progress!
I joined a challenge on spark. It's been a long time since I've done that. And basically with me NOT working out at all, it should help me out. It's a minimum of 180 minutes per week. I worked out yesterday and this just may be what I need to get things started. I also am doing a little at home challenge with a friend, do squats, lunges & ect, everyday. I know this will help me get those minutes in as well.
I am back to tracking today and I am looking forward to having an awesome week.
