These last few weeks have been very busy for me, and I have struggled a lot with planning ahead for meals and for exercise. I have gained about a pound... and continue to hover in that area... but no losses.
This week I am kicking things off again and looking forward to some more results. I need to start going ALL IN for this weight loss!
I have spent the last few days daydreaming about my future body, but nothing is going to happen if I don't try.
While my last few weeks have been busy, I am going to start setting aside more time during the day to properly meal plan for the week, and I'm going to try to exercise three different times.
on a side note:
I am looking for an inexpensive, lightweight, exercise shoe. does anyone have any suggestions? I have a pair of Nike's that I have owned for a few years, and for whatever reason when i have used them lately, my heal gets extremely painful blisters! no fun. It definitely doesn't motivate working out, haha.
If anyone has some ideas, please let me know! Thank you.
