Here we are already into the 3rd day of a new month & I can't seem to get it together. Maybe if I set here & try really hard I can come up with my weekly goal, forget the monthly, I have to get through the week first. It's cold & icy here & suppose to snow romorrow (lots of it) so I really haven't left my house much lately. I really don't like the cold except we can wear big sweat shirts & long pants so everything is all covered up!
So here goes this weeks plan!
1. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 4 days out of the week!
2. Get all 8 glasses of water down with drinking 2 glasses before each meal!
3. Get on Spark every day to write a blog & record my feelings for the day!
4. Spend at least 15 minutes a day relaxing - listening to music or reading - no work!
5. Complete everyones taxes as they come in this week - do not get behind!
