New month, New goals

The last two months I have successfully made it to 1000 minutes each month. This month given that school is in full swing and work and such I don't feel I have the time to make that goal again but what I would like to do is make another goal. My plan for February is to make use of my resources. I would like to make time to go to the gym and use the gym on campus. My other goal is to do more strength training. What are your new goals for February? Keep on keeping on. We got this!

    Great goals!! And great that you know your limits!!

    January I was successful in walking 10,000+ steps a day - 31 for 31 emoticon But as February neared I knew my limits too - no way can I keep this up so just as you New Month - new goals and i too want to add in strength training and streatching / flexibility as well. So i;'m switching up my February goal to shoot for 60 minutes of "activity" with M-W-F devoted more towards Strength & Stretching with T-Th-Sa back to walking/cardio and maybe take Sundays off - there's a thought RELAXATION aaaaa
