The last two months I have successfully made it to 1000 minutes each month. This month given that school is in full swing and work and such I don't feel I have the time to make that goal again but what I would like to do is make another goal. My plan for February is to make use of my resources. I would like to make time to go to the gym and use the gym on campus. My other goal is to do more strength training. What are your new goals for February? Keep on keeping on. We got this!
