hello my people! How was this week for you? Any GOOD news? Tell me one goal for this month?

My goal is to get below 260 and if all works well, below 255.

I had some physical issues this weekend but will call Dr. Monday and see how to deal with that. I also have my mammogram scheduled...Do you or did you recently do that for yourself? You guys? Are you taking care of yourself too?

I am one day at a time right now. Things are a bit unsettled but nothing unmanageable so I count this as a win.

    My goal is to get into a routine and keep my head in the game. I am working full time now. and Not liking it by the way. So just want to remember to breathe and enjoy the little things. Bought some crockpot liners today. That was a step to make my life easier. lol. love you bunches. T

    My Feb goal is to get my hernia repaired! Then I can get back to really working out hard. I want this weight to keep on dropping!!!

    February, Exercise, eat well, same old, same old! Had my mammogram in November. Take care of yourself!

    My goal for February is to continue my exercise and water streaks.

Exercise streak of at least 10 minutes of cardio is at 397 tonight. I almost forgot about doing it tonight -- you'd think that after 13 months it would be automatic...

Water streak is over 13 months.

    I have identified the culprit for my yearly weight gain at this time of year. And I know what has to be done.

Now I must make a daily commitment to do it...just for that day. And then I'll deal with the same challenge the next day. Tomorrow, I will just knock down the challenge for tomorrow. No worrying about how I'll manage on Tuesday. Monday is all I"m going to tackle.

Have a great week! I know you'll reach your goal....a few ounces at a time which will become pounds! And you'll be feelin' sooooo good .....who cares about what the scale says? You'll be up to your ears in NSV! emoticon
