My challenge this week is to make a conscious effort to eat small meals and not skip breakfast.
Exercise daily in short spurts
Focused exercise sessions on Tues, Thurs, and Fri
Goal is simply to complete this week as planned.
Be encouraged: Exercise the "whole" body (include mind, soul & spirit)
1 Timothy 4:8 (KJV) For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
