Hello. Is anyone even still here that is my "friend"? I have been on a huge roller coaster. I have slacked on everything, blogging, food tracking and workouts. I am know that when I check-in here, even if nobody is reading what I write about or accomplish, I am holding myself more accountable. Admittedly, I got into the bad habit of letting work come first. That behavior is now banned from my thought process and I am back to being #1 in my world. Work can wait. My health and balance of achieving a health lifestyle comes first. emoticon

Today, instead of indulging in Super Bowl party madness, I did 2 workouts. My Fitbit hit says I did over 20k steps (wohoo). I typically average around 12k on a decent day.

So, here I am. Committed to blogging and sharing my ups and downs. And, to cheer all of you on your journey, too. Speed bumps and roadblocks are just part of the process. :)

I blog because it sometimes helps me get some insight to what is rolling around in the back of my brain.
