Day 64 - Biking, Jog-walking, the "Masters" & Down-Hill Skiing

So ... two weeks ago my church changed the service time from 9am to 10am - which means - I got to go to the Y this morning before church.
2 day gym-streak! They opened a little early - so I had enough time to bike and use the treadmill.

Right after church - I raced to the ski-place where 20 of us met up to down-hill ski. It was actually warmer than forecasted. We had a great time skiing together - and played a few games - slaloming and tag etc.

I was bummed that my skiboots were so tight around the calf ... they barely fit. When did that happen? I hope to goodness that when I finally start losing - that I'll lose some of that too. Eeek. Otherwise I'm going to have to turn in my skis and take up sledding.

Being able to slide into my ski-boots, buckle them up with ease, and feeling strong enough in my legs to just charge down the hill - is the best motivation to lose weight and get in shape I've come across yet.
