Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!! It's a beautiful, snowy day here in the Ozark Mountains!! I wish it would do this all winter. :)

The scales show another 1.2 lb weight loss this week. It's sort of depressing to see such little amounts go away. But when I felt the pity party moving into my brain this morning, I reminded myself that losing 4-6 lbs a month (my average thus far) is WAY BETTER than gaining 2 lbs a month as I've been doing the last few years! And WW has been so incredibly easy to stay on that I need to just cool my heels and let it happen. When I pick up exercise at some point, I'm sure that will help, too.

In the meantime, I need to make Valentine's Day plans! From a previous blog post, you can tell I'm not exactly happily married. Yet, Valentine's Day has always been my absolute favorite holiday! It's never bothered me to not be in a romantic relationship for V-day. I just get a kick out of doing a little something for my friends and family to let them know they are so special to me. Pinterest, here I come!!

    It took me nearly 3 years to lose 65 pounds. Slow and steady always wins the race!! You can do it!!! emoticon

    Congrats! on your loss. Losing is definitely better than gaining. I posted the following comment on Facebook yesterday, "A small victory is better than no victory at all." This definitely applies to your situation. Good luck on continuing to lose!
