It is still snowing here, but my neighbor Don, came through a minute ago with his beloved toy: his snow blower!

I slept better last night than I have in months, but severe chest pain woke me. I still wanted to sleep, but forced myself to get up and take some gas-x. Not sure what made all of that gas,, maybe gorging on those darned fresh pineapple spears... I feel somewhat better now so will steam clean the bathroom floors, maybe the kitchen too.

We are supposed to get temps in the 20's today!! The birds have eaten almost the whole new suet cake I put in the cage ... That is what keeps them warm though..

Today I am grateful for my house, heat, utilities and my wonderful neighbors and friends.

It is getting colder by the minute in Mount Juliet, TN. We are supposed to have snow tomorrow. I hope not I have to go to doctor on Tues and Wed. I used to have a problem waking up with those reflux issues and my doctor told me a few years ago to take Omepresole (Prilosec) at bed time and I had not had heartburn or indigestion since. You might try that. It may help. Stay warm. Sounds like you are having a pretty good day. I am glad. God bless. Judi emoticon
