Back on track.

Well, it's been a long time since I've been on the website. Over the past couple of years I packed on about 40 pds. At first the weight wasn't bothering me physically, but lately I've been tired all the time and my knees are hurting all the time. :( So I have decided it's time to do something about it.
So today I have started over. I'm making sure to get plenty of water in me and have started paying more attention to what I am eating. I have to eat every 2 - 3 hrs because I get migraines and it effects my blood sugar if I don't. Problem with me is I tend to forget to eat. So I am making sure to have healthy snacks. I will admit, I do have some "naughty" snacks, but they are rationed out so I don't overeat them.
I am also going to start doing yoga 3 -5 times a week. I love yoga, they say do what you love. :) Also, my daughter wants me to start doing bollywood dancing and belly dancing with her. Between the two, I do think I will start feeling better.
That is my plan. Every month I am going to review my progress and make adjustments if need be or add more stuff. Wish me luck! :D
