Hip Hop Abs Day 6

Done with week one of Hip Hop abs. I had to double workouts on some days to make up for the days I couldn't do them but I still finished the Week 1 schedule on time!

Today, when I did abs sculpt, I added one pound weights. OMG, that really ramped up the intensity of the workout but I felt so good after finishing it.

Anyway, I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning to weigh myself. I don't think I lost much (if at all any) weight though because I weigh myself pretty much everyday. I can't believe one day of drinks and dinner out completely messed up my weight for this week. Sigh. Anyway, in a way it was an eye-opener. Next time I'm out, I'll just stick to wine instead of mixed drinks and not drink more than a glass.

Enough of me rambling though. I'll post week one weight loss tomorrow.
