Just a short blog to say I am still on track with day 21 of hour long Yoga.
My eating is still good EXCEPT or Friday at work.
I had 2 donuts and one soft pretzel (someone brought in) and I paid the price with chest hurting indigestion all night long and into the next day.
That proves that is so bad for us.
I was doing healthy salads and meals, almost no sweet treats of any kind all week.
So I have got to get a back bone and say NO THANK YOU when temptation waves it under my nose.
Here's to a new week and healthy eating and exercise.
