as i said at the beginning of the year this is my year of no excuses and that i will try and be more accountable so i said i would post my dot calendar at the end of everymonth so you can all see the good the bad and the ugly.so here goes
as you can see despite it being a new year i didnīt do too well at the beginning.you can see after the blc challenge started i started doing better.as you see i need the blc to keep me accountable.the reason being i donīt like letting others down.if it is just me i donīt seem to mind letting myself down so this is something i really have to look into and change.for those who canīt see the calendar very clearly and to save you counting(lol .) here is a break down and explination of the dots.
in the first colomn.blue dots represent the days i had no diet cola and the pink dot represents days i had diet cola.
26 blue dots
5 pink dots.
as i used to have at least a litre of diet cola a day i am pretty pleased with this.of course i would have loved to have no pink dots but on the whole i am pleased with this.the trouble is i see diet cola as a treat.i donīt drink tea or coffee and just water all the time can get boring.this is not an excuse but statement of fact.i am just going to have to look for something else to see as a treat instead of diet cola.all ideas welcome.
green dots are for days that if i eat the whole time this way i would loose weight
orange dots(couldnīt find yellow stickers)means if i continued to eat this way would be a maintain
and red dot speaks volumns which is why i did it bigger means stop carry on eating like this and you will put on,

so i suppose is not too bad but also not too good i would have loved to have less red and more green but i didnīt and as i said i am posting it here for all to see in the hope that knowing all will be seeing this it will make me think twice before eating something to put a red dot on.obviously it didnīt work much january but i am hoping this next month will work after i see the calendar posted in this blog that all can see.thanks once again for taking the time to read this blog and an extra thankyou if you reply.take care and keep smiling.what is your way of keeping track?do you have a dot calendar so you can see at a glance how you are doing?
