I plan to do the following healthy lifestyle tasks on the day listed. Wish me luck.

I also plan to eat clean for the month starting on the 3rd.

Sat. Feb. 1 - Rest.

Sun. Feb. 2 - Go to church. I am also declaring today free from the game Candy Crush, at least until I get some other things done.

Mon. Feb. 3 - Crossfit.

Tues. Feb. 4 - Eat a healthy lunch.

Wed. Feb. 5 - Connect with Spark friends.

Thurs. Feb. 6 - Eat a healthy dinner.

Sat. Feb. 8 - Spend time with family (weather permitting) - hopefully going out to eat for my birthday or enjoy a day to myself.

Sun. Feb. 9 - Take 30 minutes to clean or organize.

Mon. Feb. 10 - Enjoy my birthday and try to stay within my calorie range.

Sat. Feb. 15 - Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies. I usually have a hard time with this on the weekend.
