Sick a Day and a Half in Review

Saturday, February 01, 2014

Sorry, I did not blog yesterday. Here is a summary

Woke up yesterday 5am

Called to work 9am (still counted as full day)

Went to donate plasma

Rejected for 5 days

Proteins too low- that happens if you donate for for several years

Was having a great day

Walked 45 minutes

Ate taco salad for dinner

Extended family members show up

My sister asked me to not walk in house

It will make guest feel uncomfortable

and will look strange ( which does not bother me, but I complied for her)

The guest started telling racial jokes (which I hate-so I left the room)

People can be so ignorant

I decided to do my 30 minute walk in the basement (because it was getting late)

It is heated

but it was still cold

went to bed 11:30pm (guest till here)

Today woke up 5am

Not feeling well

Ate Egg white sandwich with 2% cheese, green pepper, and ounce of deer sausage

Went back to bed

Woke up 9:40am

Answered blogs while sick (feeling fuzzy)

Ate turkey sandwich with green peppers, lettuce, and miracle whip salad dressing and Tortilla chips for lunch

Went back to bed exhausted

Slept till 2Pm

Had PJ sandwich

Went back to bed

Now up but still feeling like poop
