Just joined the Eat Up Slim Down Challenge. Hoping to start tomorrow and go from there. I am wanting to incorporate what I learned from the last challenge into this one. Also, looking into the Paleo Diet and thinking it will incorporate quite nicely into this challenge. Do have some organic meat and some organic veggies already. I may not be able to do Paleo entirely, but what I can do should be worth it.
This is my third blog this week so I have met my 'made by me for me goal.'
