Hope everyones weekend has started off good! Yesterday I decided was my first rest day from the gym! I went 4 days straight and I could tell it was catching up to me! But I went to the gym for about an hour as soon as I got up this morning!
Heres what I ate today!
-I made my own breakfast burrito with egg whites a little cheese and some seasoning and wrapped it in a whole wheat tortilla!
-Cup up a banana, strawberries, and a little watermelon
-I plan on having an apple with a can of tuna!
-I haven't had a snack yet today but I am going to the movies tonight and I am going to get something there! I figured I didn't eat much today and I am no where near my calorie range for the day so I might as well enjoy a sweet treat! I am going to limit myself to ONE thing though!
I weighed in just a little bit ago at 181! Im only 1 pound away from losing 30 pounds all together and only 6 more pounds until my mini goal weight! These next couple days at the gym I am going to work my butt off!
