Today was day 1 of the indoor Iron Man challenge at my local gym. We have the entire month of February to swim 2.5 miles, bike 112 miles and run/walk 26.2. We are allowed to use various equipment and classes to achieve these miles.
Today's miles: swim 1.5 of 2.5 via the rowing machine (remaining miles/ 1)
run/walk 2.5 of 26.2 via the crossramp elliptical (remaining miles/23.7)
I also managed to get a karate class in this morning, really missed that place! It feels great to be back at it!
