My February goal is to take 10,000 steps every day! I will be tracking this with my Spark activity tracker. I have been averaging about 4,000-6,000 steps a day but have not been getting in my exercise minutes this last week. This will be a good challenge for me. It's definitely attainable and will motivate me to get outside and walk the dogs and also to use my treadmill. Going to head down to the treadmill now to get in some steps. I am also going to blog weekly through February to report my results.
