We didi it! We joined the YMCA! I finally got a good half hour workout on the elliptical and I feel great! My goal for February is to workout there at least 3x per week. It was so good listening to my favorite tunes and pushing myself. I feel that it will be easier to reach my weight loss goals now! I can't wait to go back!! Also had a veggie burger for lunch and a fruit smoothie for breakfast so I feel energized! What a good day!
