My weight this morning was...(drum roll please)...
That makes my BMI = 24.8 and I am officially in the healthy range!!!
I still have about 18 days of HCG, so I'm hoping to lose a few more pounds before the end of this round, but I am so excited to finally be out of the "overweight" category. I've been on Spark People for four years (tomorrow is my Sparkversary) and I've been watching what I eat and exercising for even longer than that. I'm smaller now than when I met my husband almost 21 years ago. I remember being a size 16 then, and I'm 12-14 now.
It's been a slow day at work, so I pulled up a couple of videos on Spark People to do. I've done two so far: 12 min ab routine in a chair, and a 10 min kick boxing routine. I don't think my activity tracker will notice those, so I'll manually enter them. I might get a third one done before I leave.
