as often on the weekend my kids like what they call fast junk food.though when making it yourself from scratch it is not very fast and in my opinion when made healthily not very junkfood either.i tend to make everything from scratch for those of you who don´t know because my oldest son has some very higly allergic allergies which could be leathal when even traces of certain substances are in them.so today the kids wanted pizza.i made for ayman a tomatoe sauce(give recipe later in blog)and tunfish(he doesn´t like cooked cheese)and zakariya and ayyub´s one with all the works tomatoe,cheese,onion,mushroom,
tunfish and pinapple.here is the phot so you can see the finished product.

and the underneath of the dough as i think it looks scrummy.
the pizza dough i made up of roggen flour and a 1/2 cup of bran.
the tomatoes sauce is made of tomatoes,onions,garlic,carrots
,red peppers and zuchini with herbs and spices all blended together to look just like a tomatoe sauce for the kids.
the cheese used on the pizza is a lowfat mozerrela.
so you can see why i asked if you think this is really junk food because to me i think it is pretty healthy even the pizza dough especially as i rolled it so thin.today they had it with a lentil and vetgtable soup.we sometimes have it with salad and homemade baked potatoe chips.if you want to see what they look like you can see a photo of them on an old blog of mine which was also about the kids fast food (filafel)-here is the link to those interested. www.sparkpeople.com/mypa
