Week Five: Flying Squirrl Poo, really?!

Friday, January 31, 2014

Today I went to the pool and did my exercises but very little but I kept moving.

In the mail today, I received my spark tracker. I was very excited and it tracked 1500 steps today for the little amount that I had it. I think that was great. I can’t wait to see what it will track tomorrow.

The chiropractor visit hurt today. A lot but I was happy I was going to acupuncture afterwards. I picked up that Chinese topical lotion, wow does that work. Only for short periods of time but it does work. I guess they use this stuff for when people break their bones. Amazing stuff.

I also picked up some herbals medicine that is in pill form. I guess it helps blood flow. He was so funny when he was telling me the ingredients, he said, I know you are a flexitarian so there are two ingredients you need to know about. Do you want to know them? I gave him the go and he told me earthworm and flying squirrel poo, lol. I told him I had a jelly bean that tasted like earthworm, lol. Never had flying squirrel poo before, but Squirrl poo, oh yeah (joking). Not sure if I want it but it if it helps from this horrible pain I will take it. I also came home with magnets on my ears. Oh goodness what a funny scene I am. I smell horrid, like Bengay, I am taking flying squirrel poo pills, and have magnets on my ears.

Now I’m off to a hot shower and slather more Chinese topical lotion, and take my flying squirrel poo pills. (And I wonder why I don’t have a date tonight…)

Plans for tomorrow:
Deep Water Class,
Daily Burn workout, and
30 minute walk if weather is nice.

Five things I'm grateful for:
1. My spark tracking coming in the mail.
2. New Headphones.
3. Humor.
4. New medications.
5. Full belly.
