The Four Week Challenge Is Done

I almost made it. Messed up one day and just could not get back at it. Oh, well, one day out of 28 isn't bad. I did not lose any weight, but I have gained a new attitude and understanding. Toning is not as easy as it looks and I know I need to do more than cardio.
My goal of blogging 3 times a week is difficult this week. Just too much going on, but this is the second one and hopefully I will get the third one in tomorrow.
