Remember how a couple of weeks ago I was bitching about being hungry all the time because I was ovulating? This week I'm barely hungry. I'm eating below my upper limit every day (ok except for one).

I'm counting this as a good thing, even though I haven't been quite as active as normal this week because of the frigid temps.
Last night I even planned to have one more snack, but after dinner my stomach hurt a little so I didn't.
As of right now, 3:44 PM I've eaten 822 calories and I'm simply not hungry. I have yogurt, a cheese stick, grapes, blackberries and an apple to eat if I want to, I'm just not interested. I am looking forward to the beef barley soup cooking in the crockpot at home though! Yum!
The scale is still up a smidgen, but it's getting closer to maybe showing a loss this month. I'll take even a tiny one.
