Yesterday, I did Day 3 of Hip Hop Abs. I really do like this DVD. The time just flies and I don't feel bored.
Anyway, last night after school/work, I went of with some friends for drinks and dinner and that threw my diet for a toss
Hope to do better w/ my food for the rest of the week.
And today I'll do two workouts for missing one on Day 2.
