RE: I'm back, after a very very, long break, i'll be, very very, honest with, you now, i have not had the energy to go out much, so have been hiding away indoors.

If & when i do go out, it has only to see my counsellor at Beaconsfield Clinic (Elm Lodge) in Grantham, my counsellor's name is Rob Sharpe.

If any of you have seen the Film (Ugly Coyote), it stars (Adam Garcia), well my counsellor Rob Sharpe looks just exactly like the actor (Adam Garcia).

Rob has helped me, to come to terms with all the stuff that had happened to me last summer, only my thought is that when these, sessions end, that i will feel sad & unhappy.

Which is what i am afraid of, i will have at some point, got to go to see a Physiciatrist, which i am not looking forwards to, as i have only just been able to open up to Rob bout my problems.

Only if i have to tell somebody else all about my problems, it's going to put all my hard work backwards, (opening up to people), at the moment, Rob Sharpe, is the only man i trust.

He has given me the confidence, to be able to write things down in 2 books, which is what i have started to do, the names of the 2 books, that i have started filling in are as follows.

1) Things that make me relaxed.

2) Things that make me cry.

    Glad you are back, that you have a great counselor and that you are writing things down. I have notebooks where I journal and where I put in motivational saying that inspire me. I will look back at them occasionally - mostly at the motivational one. I am hoping that you can possibly find another counselor as opposed to a psychiatrist - somehow I find counselors easier to speak with. I wish the best for you.

If your counselor has notes of your meetings, with your permission, these notes can be shared with your new doc and reduce the need to repeat everything. I wishing you the best with the new doc. If you do end up spending time with a psychiatrist then you will probably find them to be helpful to you in many ways. I like your books you are starting now.
